Self-service has evolved dramatically as enabling technologies and enhanced knowledge management practices have been deployed. Technology and knowledge activities will continue to create new opportunities to improve self-service effectiveness.
ChatGPT has taken center stage since it’s research preview in 2022. This example of a Large Language Model trained on massive amounts of the internet provides a first glimpse to many that have not seen the power of a well-trained LLM before.
This workshop provides a look at the evolution of how we have used search technologies to enable self-services from basic key word searches to LLMs and generative AI. The workshop covers the following:
